Dotti is part of VitrA's PRO programme: unglazed full-body porcelain built for floors that get walked on all day. Because the colour runs through the whole tile rather than sitting in a glaze on top, wear does not show a different colour underneath, and the body is rated for the acids and cleaning chemicals used in commercial kitchens and plant rooms.
Dotti is the speckled face — fine flecks across a solid ground that hide the scuffs and dropped food a plain floor shows every one of. It is the reason this range turns up in cafes, schools, hospitals and back-of-house kitchens.
The moulded corner piece that turns a cove run around a corner without a mitre. Internal corners go into a room corner, external around a pier or doorway. Order these with the cove — they are the part people forget.
