It carries a printed herringbone timber decor with a textured surface, so you keep the heritage character while gaining a floor you can lay in busier, higher-traffic parts of the home. Pick the feel you want, the pattern stays the same.

Go with engineered oak where you want the real thing underfoot and the room stays dry: lounges, bedrooms, studies and hallways. Real timber is not waterproof, so keep it out of bathrooms, laundries and anywhere prone to standing water or heavy spills.
