Returns & Refunds
Returns & refunds, made simple.
Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If anything arrives damaged, contact us and we'll work out a remedy.
Contact us about a returnWhat you need to know
- What if my order arrives damaged?
- Tiles are carefully packed, but freight can occasionally cause breakages. If you discover damage on delivery, take a few photos and contact us straight away so we can discuss a remedy — whether that's a replacement or a refund.
- Can I get a change-of-mind refund?
- Change-of-mind refunds will be considered if your order hasn't been collected or shipped yet. Once an order has already been packed, a minimum 30% restocking fee applies.
- Can I return leftover or partial tiles?
- Partial tile orders can't be returned or refunded unless they're defective. We recommend using our quantity calculator and allowing for cuts and waste so you order the right amount the first time.
- Are shade and size variations covered?
- Natural variation in shade, veining and size is a normal characteristic of tiles, not a defect, so it isn't grounds for a return. If you'd like to check the colour and finish before you buy, you can order a sample from the product page.
- Who pays for return delivery?
- For change-of-mind returns, return freight is at your cost. If an item is faulty or we've sent the wrong product, we'll cover the cost of getting it back to us.
- How do I request a return?
- Get in touch with your order number and a few photos where relevant, and we'll talk you through the next steps — usually within one business day. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
The fine print
Returns and refunds are assessed at our discretion and confirmed before any credit is issued. Restocking fees reflect the cost of picking, packing and returning stock to saleable condition. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
