What qualifies

To approve a price match, we just need a few things to line up:

  • The product is identical in every way — same brand, colour, size, finish and SKU.
  • The competitor is an Australian retailer and an authorised seller of the product.
  • The item is currently in stock and available to purchase from the competitor.
  • The comparison is on the final delivered price — including shipping, handling and any fees.
  • The price isn't part of a clearance, closing-down, auction, or members-only / commercial-account offer.

The fine print

Price matches are confirmed at our discretion and verified before any order is placed. We may decline requests where the competitor price can't be verified, is clearly an error, or falls outside the qualifications above. The guarantee applies to the product price only and can't be combined with other discount codes or promotions. Future Tile reserves the right to update or withdraw this guarantee at any time.
